A Belated Christmas Card For All

Late it is, but here is my Christmas card for 2012.

Skewed Triple Time Tech

I was playing with the Triple Time Technique the other day

and wondered what it would look like if I 

skewed the layers?

I rather like it.

A Wall Aquarium?

I decorated the side of a cabinet to

imitate a Koi pond with 

lily pads, Koi and even some 

gravel sandbars!

I placed a clock at the top

and have a cat statue sitting

above watching the fish...

January Calendar Page

This is a calendar page I did for a swap.

The tree and deer at bottom are 3-D

and the snow is flocking around the edges.

I used the Out Of The Box technique

for this one.

Negative Diecuts

I cut the die cuts out, then used the negative to airbrush with Copics. 

Then the butterflies were added on top of the corresponding airbrushed butterfly. 

Tea Anyone?

The swirly die cut makes great steam.

Cricut Windows

Open and closed card made with the Cricut 

to create a window right where I wanted it.

The dress was paper-pieced.

Baby Basket

Basket stamp is by Annette Watkins and the alphabet 

done with stencils.

I filled the basket with some Cricut cuts.

July Calendar

Here is a calendar page I did for a swap.

The month was July so I made a firecracker and added some

fireworks above a night cityscape.

The tiny blue stars were done with an

embroidery wheel pattern by Sew Easy WeRMemoryMakers

Seems I have to add some scenic

elements in everything I do!
